Voices of Nonprofit Board Chairs, a new research report presented by the Alliance for Nonprofit Management, reveals some telling information about how board chairs prepare — or rather, don’t prepare — for their important positions. The team of researchers who conducted the study share their findings and suggest what can be done to address this issue.
